At 0612 hours Dublin Fire Department was requested to Meadowview Apartments in Pulaski for a working structure fire. The request from Pulaski Fire Department was for a Engin, Ladder Truck and Manpower.
Ladder 2 and Rescue Engine 2 responded with a crew of 8 to assist with fire suppression and overhaul. Rescue Engine 2 was reassigned to stand by at Pulaski Fire Department.
All Dublin units were clear and back in service at 0720 hours.
On 12/11/14 Dublin Fire responded to a residential fire alarm, while in route call was upgraded to a possible structure fire. Once we arrived firefighters found a kitchen fire which was extinguished and contained to the kitchen. Fire was caused by a CANDLE being left burning while homeowners were gone.
At about 2030 hours Dublin Fire Department responded with Pulaski fire Department for a working structure fire. Fire department personal assisted with salvage and overhaul with the assistance of Draper and Newbern Fire Dept. The cause is still under investigation. No injuries were reported. All unites returned to service at 0245.
